Re/Max Andrew Realty Services of Medford and Stoneham recently announced the addition of Braintree native Alexa Dealy, an experienced realtor and Medford resident.
As a Re/Max Andrew realtor, Dealy offers both seller representation and buyer representation. She specializes in the marketing and sale of residential and commercial properties, as well as land and new developments. Dealy services the Boston, Greater Boston, South Shore and Boston North areas. With Re/Max’s extensive relocation network, she is also able to assist those looking to buy or sell properties anywhere across the state, nation and 100-plus other countries.
Dealy has represented clients through real estate transactions. She began her career in the real estate industry at the age of 20 after buying and selling her first investment property for a profit. She graduated from Braintree High School with honors and graduated from Bunker Hill Community College with an associate degree in liberal arts. Throughout her college career, Dealy facilitated residential rental transactions for a Boston based real estate company. Upon completion of her degree and for six years following, she continued her real estate career and then launched a full-service real estate firm in the Back Bay, where she directly supervised the completion of over 200 transactions annually.
Dealy is a member of a variety of professional organizations, including the Greater Boston Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtor, the National Association of Realtors and the Medford and Stoneham chambers of commerce. She is a supporter of local and national charities, including the Marine Toys for Tots Program.
