Alexa was one of the best real estate agents my roommates and I could have ever asked for. We had an extremely bad experience with another agency where our original apartment that we rented had black mold and they refunded our money, but never even offered to help us find an apartment. Being July, we thought we would never get an apartment. We went to Alexa At Fenway Realty and she helped us immediately. Showing us apartments the day we came in and we ended up renting one the same day we looked. Since it was a little out of budget she did everything in her power to make it work for us. However, the building we were living in had a construction issue (of course just our luck). But she told us right away and already had another apartment to show us, which we are now staying in. She even negotiated a lower price for this apartment. To say the least, she's a miracle worker.

I can't say enough great things about Alexa! She was super responsive from Day 1 and was (and is) so understanding, approachable, and yet very professional at the same time. She helped me get a great apartment, even though I'm abroad at the moment. She was very flexible and very prompt with everything. The whole process was a breeze and if there was ever an obstacle in the way, Alexa always had a positive attitude. I am seriously so thankful that I found Alexa and I really look forward to working with her further!

Alexa went above and beyond with not only selling my house but getting me into my new one with absolutely no problems along the way. Even had the opportunity to close early! She primarily sells homes on the north shore but did not hesitate to help me with my purchase on the south shore even when research was needed on the septic and well variances. The best thing of all was communication. Every step of the way was explained so I could understand and every phone call was answered. She is literally the best and I have nothing but good things to say about the whole experience!

Alexa was extremely professional, and definitely the best realtor I have ever worked with in Boston (and I've worked with many). She was friendly, honest, punctual, knowledgable, and always got back to me immediately. She was extremely helpful and found apartments that fit what I was looking for. Alexa worked with us for three months giving us extremely attentive and around the clock service until we found our dream place. She gave us amazing guidance through the entire process, from choosing houses, giving advice on actual value of houses, making competitive offers still within budget, guiding us through closing process, and even getting us a housewarming gift!! Not only that, she recommended great people for homeowners insurance, plumbing, and maintenance. Working with Alexa is literally like having your own personal manager, she makes you feel like your her only client, and she checks in often. Could not recommend enough.
